For the Federal Office of Civil Protection, I developed a commercial and a poster campaign centered around a seemingly happy family – mother, father, and two children – each with their own unique personality. The characters are constantly confronted with unexpected hazards, which disrupt their everyday lives.

This humorous approach was chosen to communicate a serious topic in an accessible way, allowing for the delivery of factual safety information through a didactic and engaging narrative.

The illustrations were used as animated stills across the homepage, in explainer videos, and throughout the campaign’s visual identity.
